RESPONSIBILITIES

As a staffing planner, you have the overall responsibility for the staffing process of personnel, substitutes, and to some extent regular staff, primarily for our operations in elderly care and support for people with disabilities, but also for the municipality's other operations. You serve and meet the needs of the operations by recruiting, introducing, and supporting substitutes in work-related issues.

You play an important role in developing joint planning between different units, which means you will also ensure staffing for both substitutes and regular staff. To achieve optimal staffing and meet the needs of the operations, a lot of dialogue with managers, regular staff at the units, and of course your colleagues in the staffing unit is required.

You will also perform other administrative tasks such as sending out and administering language tests, as well as monitoring and administering LAS notifications and priority rights.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you, a service-oriented problem solver, with a high school education and experience in staffing issues, recruitment, and/or personnel planning. If you also have post-secondary education in e.g. HR or administration, it is an advantage, but not a requirement. Computer and phone are your primary work tools, and to succeed in the role, it is important that you have good computer skills and can easily familiarize yourself with the systems we use. It is an advantage if you have worked in Timepool or another staffing tool.

You are relationship-building and appreciate good collaborations, which you contribute to by being attentive and clear in your communication. To thrive in the role, it is important that you are stimulated by outward-facing work, that you are curious, and not afraid to delve into new things. Furthermore, you are responsible and unpretentious; with us, we are happy to share both successes and mistakes. Your attitude towards work and your colleagues is what helps us achieve results together. We will therefore place great importance on your personal qualities.

The work is communicative and places high demands on your ability to express yourself very well in Swedish, both verbally and in writing. The fact that a workday can change quickly does not disturb you; you maintain a good mood under pressure and setbacks and have a good ability to prioritize and work structured in a sometimes unstructured everyday life.
